Reducing team friction under sustained pressure

Singtel, Singapore

Context
Leadership teams were operating under sustained pressure, with increasing friction across functions and limited clarity on underlying stressors affecting performance.

Intervention
Designed and facilitated a cross-level Team Impact Challenge, bringing together executives and team leads in deliberately mixed groups to surface hidden stressors.
The intervention introduced the concept of eustress (stress as a performance enabler) and translated insights into clear, repeatable behavioural rituals embedded into day-to-day work.

Outcome
Improved alignment across teams, reduced interpersonal friction, and introduced consistent communication practices that enabled teams to operate with greater clarity under pressure.

Focus: From friction to structured team rituals.

Strengthening leadership capability in high-pressure environments

Deutsche Bank, APAC (in partnership with Mindfull Community)

Context
Senior leaders were navigating increasing organisational complexity, with a need to strengthen communication, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure.

Intervention
Designed and delivered a 2-part leadership series focused on attention control, emotional regulation, and supportive communication, grounded in behavioural and psychological frameworks.

This was followed by a 4-part care-colleague series designed to build mental health literacy among HR professionals and team leads, equipping them to identify early warning signs, respond with care, and provide informed support to colleagues navigating mental health challenges in the workplace.

Outcome
Enabled leaders to adopt more structured approaches to communication and decision-making, improving team dynamics and leadership presence across high-stakes environments.

Focus: Strengthening leadership presence under pressure.

Strengthening communication and psychological safety across organisations
A*STAR – Wellbeing in Motion, Singapore

Intervention
Designed and facilitated Supportive Communication at Work, a structured session delivered to over 50 organisations across industries, focused on strengthening communication patterns, emotional regulation, and psychological safety in the workplace.

Outcome
Increased participants’ confidence in managing conflict, recognising unhelpful communication patterns, and delivering supportive feedback within teams.

Focus: From reactive communication to structured, supportive interaction.
